Jon is a strategic human resources leader with more than 13 years of experience driving operational excellence, labor relations strategy, and other HR and Payroll-related initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and multi-state startup environments. Serving as Director of Client Success at reddeHR, Jon leads complex HR strategy and technology implementations that help organizations scale with clarity, compliance, and confidence.
Upon joining reddeHR in 2024, Jon started as a leave specialist, helping our clients navigate FMLA and disability claims for their employees. Eager to contribute more, he consistently raised his hand to support broader client needs, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. This led to a transition into an Account Manager role, where he partnered closely with clients to align HR operations with their business objectives. Through a combination of operational expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset, Jon continued expanding his impact across the organization, ultimately earning his current role of Director, Client Success.
Prior to reddeHR, Jon held senior HR leadership roles where he led enterprise-wide HCM implementations, built global compensation frameworks across multiple countries, and developed workforce analytics platforms that empowered executives to make data-informed talent decisions. His experience spans union and non-union environments, with deep expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, organizational design, and performance management.
With an MBA focused on human resources and predictive analytics, Jon combines business acumen with a people-centered leadership approach. He is passionate about building scalable systems, developing leaders, and creating workplace cultures where individuality and engagement thrive.
