Andrea is known in Indianapolis as a thought leader and entrepreneur in the area of Human Capital Management and Talent Strategy. Andrea’s vast experience in business leadership and development across a wide range of industries and organizations uniquely qualifies her for business consulting and growth strategy. Having completed studies at the University of Cincinnati, Andrea returned home to Indianapolis to start her career in Executive Recruiting. 4 short years later, she set out on her own to start an HR consulting firm. What started as a 1-person consulting service in 2004 has grown to a consulting network of over 50 specialists and strategists serving some of Indiana’s most well known startups, established small businesses and not-for-profits. In 2016 Andrea grew her portfolio of companies by launching reddeHR, an Administrative Services Organization specializing in payroll administration, benefits administration, and hr administration with a dedicated service team and HRIS.
Andrea is most importantly a wife, mother and member of the Indianapolis community. Current community involvement includes serving on the Board and chairing the HR Committee for The Milk Bank, serving on the Advisory Committee for the Heartland Film Festival, acting Guest Lecturer at Purdue University – Kranert School of Management, Co-Organizer and Founding Board Member of DisruptHR Indy and ongoing involvement with the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build.
