After graduating college with a degree in Music Business, Anna thought her career was going to involve the music industry in some way. But in 2008, while figuring out what direction to go in, she was working at Trader Joe’s and began to realize she wanted a job working with people every day. That led her to thinking about HR. One day, a high level HR executive at Bank of America came through her checkout line. They began talking, she asked for Anna’s resume, with minimal experience, Anna was given a chance because of this executive’s influence. That day her career in HR, Recruiting and Client Management began. Since that day, she has had the opportunity to launch a satellite office, lead small teams and consult with over 100 different clients in a variety of industries.

Now with over 13 years of experience, Anna is a passionate and driven HR leader who strives to create positive impact through human-centric solutions. Anna specializes in Talent Acquisition, Client Management, Team Leadership and has expertise in HR technology and consulting.

At reddeHR, Anna leads a team of HR professionals who provide a robust cloud-based software and employee app that helps small businesses manage their Payroll and HR needs. She oversees the strategy, operations, and client relations of the company, and ensures that reddeHR delivers high-quality and personalized service.
